Delivery
1. Free delivery applies to UK mainland only and for most items to the remote areas of Scotland as well.
2. In the few instances where an extra carriage charge has to be levied we will contact you as soon as possible once your order is placed at which point you have the option to agree to the charges or cancel the order.
3. Our most economical delivery service for furniture items is generally 5-10 working days and in most cases you will receive a call before hand to book the goods in.
4. As an additional service we offer a wide selection of products delivered Next Day or Fully Assembled at no extra charge to you. Please click on the links below to view these products:
Assembled Furniture (these products are delivered to any floor and all packaging removed at no extra cost)
5. Other than products from our Assembled Furniture range all orders are delivered flat packed to ground floor.

7. We aim to deliver a very high standard of service and we will make every effort to deliver the Goods as near to the specified delivery date as possible, however delays are sometimes inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Furniture@Work will not be liable for any delay in delivery of the Goods howsoever caused.
8. Products may be despatched from various regional distribution centres. Therefore orders with multiple items may not all arrive at the same time.
9. It will be your responsibility to check that the number of boxes or items delivered matches the accompanying consignment note before signing.
10. Deliveries are made Monday-Friday between 8.30am-5.30pm (excluding bank holidays).
